Okay, so I am 12 years old. I weigh like 165 and would really like to lose weight. I am NOT fat. I just weigh a lot and have a bigger stomach than well skinnier girls. My problem is I am not as healthy as I would like to be. I can proudly say that I am total comfortable and happy with how I look. Its just that I would like to get into better shape to be as heathy as I can be. My parents are always trying to force their diets on to me and I would like to do my own thing or what is right for my body. I need help trying to figure out where to start.
