Did your doctor prescribe the Methadone? If so, and if he was also the same doctor that prescribed the Adderall, then it shouldn't be a problem.

Never take a drug that was not prescribed to you.

A good resource is your pharmacist. They seem to double-check the work of the doctor. So, if your doctor makes a mistake (an this is very rare mind you) the pharmacist will hopefully catch it. THey know what mixes and what doesn't. If you have any concerns at all, call your doctor or your pharmacist and ask for help. Don't leave their office or the phone for that matter until you have all of your questions or concerns answered and addressed. You are ultimately in charge of your own healthcare. Yes Adderal, and methadone are okay, I am also on 15mg of mathadone and 40mg of Adderal, and I have had no problems. just take it as perscribed. 8-|
