im only 13 but i weigh about 70kg i cant do much running because i hurt my knee is there anyway i can lose weight without doing much sport activities that will effect my knee?

Okay, first off, think about whether you actually need to lose weight? Because your still growing, your body will be constantly changing but maybe ask your doctor, or even close family to whether your weight is a issue before following up on the advice I'm about to give you!
1. A obvious one is switching your diet to a healthy one. So, eating more fruit and veg, and less snacking! Type 'Healthy diet' into google search, and it will come up with loads of detailed information!
2. There is other easy exercise you can do instead of running, like dancing (zumba?), stretches and sports (tennis, badminton, gymnastics..) or even walking and cycling.
3. Try to get out of the house more often, instead of sat around the house! Like you could go swimming, shopping, bowling...
4. Maybe Calorie count your meals, but DONT get too worried about this as your still growing, and your still young.

well my build is bigger then most girls and with the extra weight I don't think its good to have with my sore knee so that's why I want to lose abit of weight I hurt my knee again the other day walking up stairs it sounded like my bones or something grinded together my knee has been sore for about six months maybe more I went to see a doctor and he said I only have to take panadol and that hasn't helped so I don't know what to do
