Sexual intercourse may make your vagina and some other parts of pelvic cavity become congestive, which may increase the chance of getting infections. You can have sex but you may try this: wash both your and your husband's private parts before and after sex. This may help reduce the chance of acquiring infections.

Conceiving with UTI is no good, let alone lots of pregnant women suffer this condition which can be quite troublesome. You'd better get it completely cured before getting pregnant. Try some herbal formulas if antibiotics don't help.
