been a year... hopeful the issue is solved. If not, consider this, every male born with a foreskin which protect him from infection during their infant periods, however it may cause some health issues when they get older (depends) thus many American males have their foreskin cut after birth. Those who are not circumcised will have their foreskin on them and will experienced pain if pulled forcibly such as during a intercourse. There are ways you have experience sexual intercourse without pulling it down but thats rather hard to do.

To pull back the foreskin, I'll suggest masturbating. Pulling a little bit down every time but stop when you experienced pain. Continue like this and after few month you will be able to fully extract your foreskin below the head of the penis and able to have normal intercourse.

if you are finding it painful when you insert your penis into your girlfriends vagina you could possibly either figer her after licking your fingers or you could ask her to give you a blowjob as saliva seems to be a good thing to do.

If not go with the Lube suggestion.
