It's normal for your glans to be sensitive, or painful, at first. You'll get used to it when your foreskin is retracted. There is no problem.

I have no narrow opening I can retract my foreskin but I have to apply some pressure and during ercted time it is some what painful so if I do this with baby oil will it be easier and if I continue doing this will it become normal sir pls give me some sol

You can do it anyway that helps. I'd be careful of using any oil based products however. Water based, like KY jelly, would be safer.
