Hi I was wondering if you would be able to help me. I had my tonsils taken out 5 days ago, and have honestly never felt pain like this, even when I had servere tonsillitis and septicaemia at the same time. I can't eat anything, can't even swallow my own saliva, my ears ache all the time. The pain is getting so unbearable I can't sleep, even at times I struggle to breathe. 

Please tell me how long this will last for, I'm starting to wish I never had the tonsillectomy at all.
