Hi, my sister has lost her husband and is in grief. I believe it is exgagerated, and I don’t know how to help her. Is there any way to make people in grief think of something else?

Hi, I believe if you have never experienced grief yourself, you can not understand it. Grief is painful. It keeps reminding you that you don’t control what is happening to you. If you try to forget, what has happend, it’s not easy and takes time. Grief hurts too much to keep it inside, so usually it is obvious as soon as you meet aperson who is in grief you realize it. I have grieved, when my mother died three years ago. She had been in the hospital for a few months and suffered a lot. But, although I know it was a relief to her, I have been suffering a it was great loss to me.
