I am 11 and a half
And I weigh 58.7 kilos I can't lose weight
School starts in 10 days
But my goal is to be 41 kilos
Not before school I want to lose it through
Out the first term of
School I have been bullied and I tried

I say start small and take the necessary baby steps for you to adjust your body and your mindset to a committed plan. I take it you want to lose roughly 35 pounds... best way first would be to monitor your diet. Begin to realize what you eat, when you eat it, and even why you eat it (for example, do you tend to fall on junk food when your stressed or upset). Also, try to involve some level of physical activity everyday. Don't go crazy by going on 2-hour jogs or anything... again, start small. As you begin to discover more and more energy you can start changing up the physical activity accordingly.
