Once every few weeks when I cough or move my head the wrong way I feel a pop on my throat than feel a tight pulling on the lower right side of my throat which makes it hard to swallow it almost feels like I'm swallowing my own tonic than I turn my head to the right and down till the lump pops back in place I'm a 31 year healthy male but been suffering with this issue since I was 12 is this something to worry about ? I don't have health ins. And I gag so bad when doctors stick anything past my teeth.
