Hi I am XYZ.. I have got a pimple on my penis a few days ago it just burst and a white solid substance came out of it.. Now its no more but it still has a spot on my penis.. Is it dangerous?
And how can I get rid of it?
And I am still a virgin 16yrs old

Pimples are very common on your genitals. The skin is thin so they are often more pronounced and likely to burst.
The white stuff is called sebum. It's a mixture of old skin cells and oils.
It will heal on its own. Keep it clean and as dry as possible. It is NOT dangerous.
