I had a misscarage and didnt go to the doctor. I was told that may body will flush by itself and now ever time I have a period the blood will darken :$ Should i see a doctor or will my body really flush it self. Its very embaressing and i dont know how to tell my family. Its also making me very depressed and i feel it is my fault because i was doing meth while i was pregate. how should i tell my family about this and what should i do to recover?

I think it is extremely important that you go to the doctor. While I have also heard it's possible for your body to "clean itself out" after a miscarriage, I think it all depends on the TYPE of miscarriage it was. There is what's called an "incomplete" miscarriage, in which case you would need a D&C (a surgical procedure to remove the remaining fetal tissue). While you're at the doctor's, I think you need to discuss your drug use. Meth is one of the most addictive drugs there is and you may need assistance to stop using it.
If your family didn't know that you were pregnant to begin with, I don't see that they need to know you miscarried. However, I do think you need to discuss your drug use with them, if they are not already aware of it. Addiction is an illness and you need treatment.
I would also seek out counselling. Having a miscarriage is a very emotional experience and the counsellor may be able to assist you in getting treatment for your drug use as well.
