Over the years I have been having a single pimple within the hair in the genital area. It only appears about 1 -2 times a year and it is extremely painful right before it bursts. Once it has done so it dissappears almost as quickly as it appeared. Many times it seems to have burst during the day and when I go to change my underwear at night I would find a small damp area in my underwear to the right near the elastic. The area appears to have a clear liquid...I've never to my recollection seen any pus or anything. When I was in my teens I would have one in a different area reoccur in the same location once or twice and over time (I think I may have had a total of a dozen intances at the most in my lifetime spanning over 30 years) Some of my friends were experimenting shaving the entire area as a "fad" but I would never do so as when I tried it one time, I noticed that the intances left what appeared to be scar tissue (like an old acne scar ) I didn't want anyone to see this so I immediately let the hair grow back. The hair in the area has alway been thick in does this seem to be the case of an ingrown hair?? I assume this but I just can't fathom the a pimple returning in the same place. Can this possible also be a case of a clocked hair duct that may have to be lanced? I've heard stories about this as well. Please help!  Thanks!
