I had my tubes tied but am feeling like I may be pregnant...

Hi ... this is driving me crazy , i just got my tubes tide right after i had my baby in March 2012 , but right now ive been thinking that i might be pregnant cause of my weird things becomeing pregnant . I have been cravings for food and candies like i always do when i get pregnant and i usually start my period in the begaining of the month but in september i started begaining of the month and then at the end of the month i had another one (period) . Its lil weird for me and i have been feeling my boobs that are lil bigger but thinking that its not possible and they were milking and i know when i breast feed my baby few months later i stop feeding him , i had alot of things going on at the same time and that time my boobs shouldve dry up cuz they do once u stop feeding your baby even after two months they are still milking so im think i might be cuz i know its still possible for a woman to get pregnant while tubes tide and even when a woman have period .... well im kinda hoping that i wont have another child well i really do love babies soo much but 6 kids are enough for me its time for me to watch them grow and be with them more without having another baby to watch .............. Anyways only God willing we can't controll what he gives us a child for us to take care for him my God be wit you and hope you will get your answers soon <3

I would like to let you know that 41 yrs old is not to old for a baby . My sister in-law had her daughter @ 44yrs old and she is healthy as ever . GOOD LUCK SWEETIE

i had my tubes clamped for almost 4 years now and i missed my period for a whole month that was very unusual i had nausea by breasts were very sore i also had a huge migraine and i also took a pregnancy test it came back positive then i went to the doctor the blood work came back normal but a tiny bit strange the next day i went to the bathroom and i know what a miscarriage is and i had one now i cant figure out whats wrong i know sice i had my tubes clamped i also have had ovarian cysts alot which i very strange so i dont know what is up with all this

I have a close family member that got prego ten years after having her tubes tied. Her pregnancy tests did not come back positive until around her third month if pregnancy. All the doctors she went to tried to convince her that she wasn't pregnant that it was all in her head. Well two eggs had been fertilized. One implanted in the uterus the other right next to her ovary. The one in uterus had stopped developing . Both had to be removed. Point is a woman can get pregnant after her tubes are tied and it is important to get medical care and to get health care professionals to take women seriously. If not for some it could be deadly.

Hi.....I have been reading this thread over and over an the more I read this post it sounds alot like my situation. I am 34 with 3 beauthiful children.  I had my daugher in 2010 n a day after I had my tubes tied. Now it is 2013 I started having symptoms of being pregnant in Nov of last year. In october my period was only 4 days long an it is normally seven days long ever since I had my daughter now I thought it was due to stress so I brushed it off. In Novemeber is when I really started having symptoms still didnt think nothing of it because that is how my PMS is. So I came on around  my normal time of the month so this time in Nov my period was 7 days but was very abnormal it was light compared to my normal flow. I've been having left side pain lower back pain n eating like crazy. My boobs are swollen and belly steady growing ok I still chuck it up as menstrual symptoms so I goes to my gyn and explain all of this to her. An she say's well you have your tubes tide there is no way you can be pregnant. So she does a pelvic exam an when she touch my cervic it was very tender and painful. So she say's just to make sure you don't have any cyst I will order you a ultralsound and a tranvaginal one.  So when I went an got it done it showed a large mass which is a fibroid..So all this happens in Nov. Then I turn around an goes to my primary physicain the next day because I am experincing pain down my left leg as well so she states that I have arthisis in my hips an this is why I am having the pain. I had a ct scan done back in august an I didnt have time to go back an get the results because i started a new job this is how she knew I had it. So she ordered me to have all kinds of blood test to be done an everything came back neg. except my levels for vitamin D they are low. So I say ok if I was pregnant I'm quiet sure out of all these test I had done something would of should up. Mind you I am still having the symptoms , Now its December sysmpton are now stronger,belly is growing, boob are still getting bigger an I lost them with my pregnancy so i know they are getting bigger....and to top it all off my period was only 3 days. Now what am I suppose to expect?? Sorry so long winded but I needed to talk to someone that is on the same  page as I am..I really don't want no more children that is why I had the procedure done in the first place. But a part of me is saying  was it meant to be?? But the situation I am does not allow me to have another one at this time..My daughter is only 2...PLEASE HELP ME ....SO LOST AND CONFUSED!!!!

I've missed my period for two weeks now, morning sickness, different smells make me nauseous. Breast were sore and I've taken a pregnancy test and it came back negative. I don't know what to do. Tubes were tied 14 years ago. Could this be possible for me to be pregnant.

i know i also have had a miscarriage my doctor told me and my tubes were clamped in 09 the miscarriage was two months ago so yeah im freaked out and yet again im having the same symptoms and the last one so i have no clue what to do help please my doctor laughs evertime i walk in there ans ask for a pregnancy test cause of my tubal clamps but im worried that she has been lying HELP PLEASE THANK YOU

Hi  i want to talk to soeone about this im scared my husband thanks i lost one . Ok heres the deal im 34 my youngest daughter will be thirteen this year. So ive had my tubes tied for a long time.last year my cheast started leaking alot with that milk like subtance like right before your milk comes in witch is crazy because it hasnt done that sence my last child  then i started cramping really bad and my period was funny and longer then the usual. got over that my husband thought i was pregnant i  forgot about it got it out my mind my tubes are tied. N ow its been months two days ago my cheast just  feels so big  and yes they have started leaking again. I try not to think about it but family have started saying things i can never decide what i want to eat ...i was out with my mother inlaw and out the blus she said you eat like your pregnant I dont eat much never have but im allways hungry  ive been sick for a week with a cold and vomiting alot what do you think im scared to see reply mom 34  tubes tided 11 in a half years and i dont use protection

i know what u going thru im going to be 40 in aug and my tubes been tied 16 year ago and i have started yet . so i dont know what is going on  with me .

 

Hi everyone; I had my tubes cut and cotorized in 1998. Two tears ago in Feb i found out i was pregnant. I was having symptoms but pregnancy was the last thing on my mind. Anyway in March i ended up loosing the baby after 4 weeks. I haven't got pregnant since. So yes you can get pregnant after having your tubes done. Good luck and god bless.

Hello  well I to now I'm late i'm about a mount late and I had my tubs tied in 2010 I'm kind of scared but what is the chance

Have you found anything out. I am going through the same thing. I did go to my Dr. but she did not do any tests. She said since I had my tubes tied I am just going through peri-menopause. She told me to make an appointment to a GYN to have a pap done to rule out anything if I am worried. I work and by the time I get home the offices are closed. I am going to try to call during a work break tomorrow.
Let me know how you are doing.

I feel the same way. I had my tubes tied 11months ago and my periods are on time every month and now I'm 3 days late. What do u guys think.
