Can i be pregnant ?! PLEASE HELP!? I had sex with my boyfriend last saturday (3/16). I am on birth control and i had my usual ovulation pains on Monday. I had sore nipples and frequent urination all week, but today (3/22) the day after my last fertile day i no longer have frequent urination or sore nipples, however i do have back pain. My boyfriend did not ejaculate in me, and other than back pain i feel fine . I have no nausea, no headache, no sleep loss, no un explained cramps, nothing. I took a pregnancy test with first morning urine and it came up negative. ARE MY SIGNS THE SIGNS OF PREGNANCY?! CAN I BE PREGNANT ?! My last period was 3/7 -3/10. Im thinking im not pregnant cause i dont think that they would appear this early , nor would they just randomly disappear .. PLEASE HELP
