I have a big, painful bump on my genetals right about my cli

i have the same exact thing. its very red and painfull...i wanted to know if you ever found out what it was

sounds very much like a periclitoral (not sure on the spelling) cyst. The cyst is no big deal itself, but the pain and redness means it's infected. I had this a few years ago and it is awful! I would definitely see your doctor, I don't think there's any other way to get rid of it! You have to have it drained and take antibiotics. Plus you want to be sure it's not something different.
