I've had that happen a couple times...usually after drinking too much alcohol. It could also be a diet thing (low iron might do it but I'm not sure). Talk to your doctor, they will probably be able to help you out.

Yes it can happen in pregnancy but if you don't have any other symptoms it still may not be. No need to shock people.
