There is a testicle Lump about 2 cm, but then a shiny pimple in one area that looks darkish. It was three cementers and its in the skin of the testicles, and looks round and reddish from afar. I am 31 yr, and had a hard thing in that very area before and my doctor checked it which was a cyst, but months from then it swollen a little.. Then a dark shiny pimple over that area, I wounder what this could be, any answers can help..
