I am quite scared if i have or do not have stds/aids/hiv, i have this itch on my crotch area, and its been bothering me for a few days now, i find this pimple/white head, and a couple red bumps around the area. every now and then i would scratch it cause of course it was itchy. a month ago i had my first sex and it was unprotected. i am quite frightened. what can this mean, please help.
