Hi!
I've been obsessing over this irritation I have. First, I'm a young male and besides a few youthful indiscretions that occurred in the past (the last one being five years ago) I have no fooled around sex-wise.
I noticed last week a red-like patch that was kind of itchy with tiny, flat-like, red pimples (not really pimples but that what they look like) in my pubic hair region in the crotch.. It's been five days since and, while it has gotten better in appearance, it's still there and freaking me out. It can't be STD related. I do live with somebody and there was an occasion where we shared body soap but I never heard of anybody contracting an STD via body soap...?
I had a case of jock itch long ago, maybe six years back, but never in the pubic hair area. I did apply some old cream but I found out it was expired and kind of made me feel funny after applying.
Could this just be a simple irritation or something serious? I keep freaking out. I can't sleep or eat. Top that off with the fact that I'm newly uninsured ... not good.
Thanks!
