I have been Bleeding for 1 year and 1/2 straight

I am 34. I have been Bleeding for 1 year and 1/2 straight. Very heavy clotting and very painful. I now have to wear depends because I bleed so much I can't wear pads and tampons. I went in to the gyno and they gave me provera and I even tried Lysteda. Neither one has stopped it. I had a biopsy done haven't gotten the results yet. They said I have a fibroid than the ultra sound person said it might be scar tissue from my c section. I asked for a hysterectomy but because I am heavy they said I am to high a risk. I gain weight when this happends but the dr doesn't listen. I'm normally 145 and I'm 330 now I had this happen before and gained all this weight than after a dnc and nova ring I lost all my weight. I hate when the dr doesn't listen to me.
