my vision gets blurred, left hand starts to go numb, then numbness goes into my arm and vocal cords

I am 23 years old and starting about 5 year ago until now I occasionally get the following symptoms: I know this is coming on when at first my vision gets blurred, a few minutes later my left hand starts to go numb, not asleep tingly numb but more of a can't control or feel it kind of numb. After a few minutes 3-5, it starts to move up my arm slowly, then into the side of my face then into my vocal cords where it is difficult for me to think straight and talk correctly then it moves down the side of my body, down my leg then goes away. The whole cycle usually takes 30 to 40 minutes. one the whole cycle is done I get a pounding headache so normally just go to sleep once I have woken up I feel disorientated and unfocused and get a pulsing pain in the right side frontal part of my head which only occurs when I say cough, sneeze or make sudden movements.
