I am 36 years old and up until last year in 2011 I was very in shape and feeling good. Now I am still doing the same exercise actiivities as before and even harder one's and I have continued to gain weight and have cellulite and my stomach continues to look bloated which I get comments of being pregnant all the time which I am not. I even went to extremes and hired a nutritionist/trainer to help with my fitness and health and I am getting worse with the sickness feeling and still no change in weight. I have had plenty of tests done and the doctors keep telling me I am okay. I know I am not supposed to feel this way each day and also my weight my trainer is even questioning other things being wrong. Any suggestions from anyone or is anyone else having an issue like this.
