I was hospitalized for 3 days with a migraine after blacking out at my desk. I now have a constant pain at the right temple and none of the doctors can find out why. They give me pain medication, that does not work other then to put me to sleep. Is there any reason I would have this constant pain that sometimes becomes sharpe and very painful. Will I have to endure this the rest of my life? The Neurologist doesn't even return my phone calls when I had a bad reaction to medication he prescribed. I am not sure what I should do.

The only thing I can think of is that you must have bumped your head when you blacked out at your desk, this could be why your head hurts particularly in that area.
It could also still be migraine. Migraine doesn't necessarily include your entire head. Some people have pain at the back of their head, some at the front, some on the right or left sides.
If it's not a bump then its for sure still migraine. Don't take any of the medication they prescribe you, you don't need anything. The only stuff you should take is pills for headache, like advil. If this pain doesn't go away after taking the advil, it means you have really bad migraine.
A friend of mine suffered from exactly what you are going through now, terrible terrible headaches. He made an appointment with a man who did Chinese Acupuncture on him and ever since then, his headaches come much less often and they are not as severe. I would suggest you try this.
I hope you get better, I have migraine too and I know exactly what you are going through. Try acupuncture, if it doesn't work, just message me again and I could give you some more adivce.
