hi, i'm 18 and i've been having really weird symptoms and it's been like this for a couple of days now. It all started when i came back from a cruise. At first i thought i was just sea sick but it went on till today. I've been dizzy alot, like i can make a sudden move and I get dizzy. Also, I've been getting numbness in my feet and legs like if they want to give out and I sometimes feel like if i want to vomit.
If were to be pregnant, i would really want to get an abortion. I wouldn't want to go see a doctor or even tell my parents for that matter. So please help me! I need to find an answer quickly! I'm desperate!!!!!

Your symptoms are not specific to pregnancy. It would be very early for ANY signs. You may have a virus, they can cause such symptoms. See your doctor if they continue or worsen.
If you "were to be pregnant" you would need to see a doctor - PERIOD. There is NO SAFE HOME ABORTION. It can endanger your life AND if not successful cause SEVERE BIRTH DEFECTS on the fetus. Since you are over 18 there is no need for your parents to know.
Are you late on your period? If so, or, if it has been at least 2 weeks since you had sex (preferably 3) take a home test.
