How did I get here? I'm a guy and first of all its true that guys love boobs, they're lying if they say they don't... and yes they can live without them if you are a loving personality as a whole, that is also true. Its a shame you're feeling low self esteemed in our society while you should be confident and proud on what you have. I think your fellow girls have also played a part in making you feel like this by showing us guys excess of boobs everywhere. Well we like to show off whatever we have!
But let me tell you, I have dated few flat-chested girls in the past, they were all B+/C till they took off their bras. I find it kind of embarrassing and wished they were confident enough... but never showed any emotions or feelings... I made them feel great about their bodies. My ex was also flat and I was madly in love with her, and no we didn't break up caz she had no boobs and we still are good friends though she is married with one kid.
I know one teenage girl who didn't like her breasts' shapes and it got on her nerves. She made up her mind, shared with family and saved money for few years for implants. She even had a boyfriend who never pressurized her at first place. Once she was done, she was the happiest girl on earth. So even if majority advise against implants, they still are worth every penny and will definitely boost confidence.
My suggestion: play the cards you are dealt with, work out - whole body. Wait for the right guy who loves you as a whole. You deserve to be loved with or without breasts. If you need extra attention at any cost, and are surrounded by people who support you... then go for implants!

I'm 26 the mother of 4 year old and wear a 32A bra and have a gap between my bra and breast I never got passed an A cup even while breast feeding and pumping 6oz of milk from each, every 4 hours. And I still have the gap between my bra.

You really shouldn't feel that way. There are many guys like myself who love and appreciate a flat chested or small chested woman. If a guy is going to reject you based on your breast size, then realistically he is not a quality guy to begin with.

There is no way I could wear a low cut top with my boobs, which is just all nipple, all of the time a top or dress will just fall down because there's nothing on my chest to keep it up. There's definitely a limit to what women with no boobs can wear
