I have a pus like discharge from my penis and I experience some burn sensation when urinating. Went to see a doctor, no sti but he says I was found with some infection. What could this be?

Pus indicates an infection. Your doctor should be able to tell you what it is. If not an STI it could be a UTI or a prostate infection. We can only guess. Your doctor should be able to provide you with the EXACT information.
If he/she won't, find another doctor.
Treatment for an infection is often an antibiotic.
