once about every 4-6 months i have what i call a spell. what happens is that i will get severe pains in my stomach and then i will start to get eather a tingling all over my body or i will know that i am about to pass out. some times i will have throwing up and or diarrhea. during this time i often loose control of bodily functions. such a wetting my self and or messing my pants. this will happen after i have already passed out. now my passing out will at some times happen within a few seconds or i would feel it coming on for almost 1-2 mins. this has now happen to me 5 times now and i am starting to get a little worried about what is going on with me. could you please help me with this.
