Pls I need urgent answers and medical advice. I have this small thing (lump i guess) outside my anus over a year n half now. I don't feel any discomfort or any pain or blood stains but sometimes do itch me and I can feel n hold it. Have tried some traditional medicine but I don't see any changes till now and also all this while I do push this small lump back inside. It goes in but still comes back. Pls what can I do. I'm very scared right now.

It could be piles? I had a small lump on my anus for about a year and it turned out to be piles after a trip to the doctors. They gave me some cream and it disappeared within the month.
It could also be something to do with your diet or how hard you are pushing when you are using the toilet.
