I soak mine in a hot bath after they get to a pea size, I have two reoccurring ones... after a good soak, I go in with a few good strong squeezes and clear them out just like a zit. It hurts most times but I can go a few months to a year without a big flare. They are cyst and need to be extracted when they become hard and visible to you. There is nothing else you can do. It is a blocked duct that needs excising from time to time. Good luck!
