HELP!
i've got like whiteheads on the underpart of my penis..
i've tried to look on everything and i can't find it.. it doesnt look as big as herpies. but then again. i dont know how small herpies can be.
im a 13 yr old boy..
and im scared when my day comes to open up.. they will go away if they see the spots.. its not difficult but.. i dont know the word but u wouldnt see it at first glaces .. The only problem is when u pull my skin (lets say the left side) when i pull my skin to the left side of my penis.. you can see them... there pritty much everywhere on the underside of my penis and im getting quite worried.. i darnt speak to my mum or go to the health clinic... it just something i wouldnt do.. i wish i could i just cant..
i need majour help!
i cant wait till im older to go to the clinic because it might be something bad!

Hi there! I think you will find that what you have is what most uncircumsised males have - Smegma. Basically, it's dead cells and body moisture formed together that make these small, yellow/white things in the penis. Smegma is not a problem, however you probably noticed that it smells rather bad. So, I recommend that you shower/bath regulary by retracting your forekin and cleaning it well. If you have difficulty retracting your foreskin, that's another case.

If this is any consolation, I have had smegma for the last year or so. Yes, it's annoying and yes, you want to get rid of it. However, going without washing your penis for at least a day can result in smegma returning in a huge mass. This is nothing to worry about. Just clean and I can assure you that you will see a big improvement.

hello there i have these whitehead type things on th underside of my penis also. i have read on other sites that alot of other people have them too. they are clogged oil pores that will go away as we get older. do not worry about them.

Also, sometimes if its your first time shaving your pubic region you will get them for your first couple of months.
