Ok. So I'm 12 years old and i weigh 147-150 lbs. I just need a quick way to loss weight. please!! My doctor said im only 20 lbs over weight since most of it is muscle due to sports and family genes but im still big for my age! I dont care if its unhealthy iI just want to lose weight! I just hate being the biggest one in my family besides my brothers. its depressing.
