Hi, you are feeling grief now, and it is normal. Loss, grief and stress go together. Are you having other children? If you are you will find new motivation easily, but if not, find the strength to have another baby. It would be good for you to find some activity that fulfils you like some hobby, or sport. You must try to keep your mind on something else and avoid sadness. But, for the first time you must go trough grief. Everyone has mechanisms to deal with stress, but losing some one is special situation. You will develop your own methods of coping with stress.
