Hi, I'm sorry to hear that you're having some concerns and rightly so after having your tubes tied etc so long ago. You might want to pick up a home pregnancy test just for your own peace of mind, something I'm sure you've already thought of. Women's hormones are crazy things and often puzzling. If your test is negative you might want to see if you can get into see an endocrinologist, they study endocrine system, which means your hormones and hormone glands in your body thyroid, pituitary, ovaries, testes, pancreas and adrenals. I saw one years ago and he helped greatly to explain odd things that were going on inside of me and why, then made some simple suggestions as to what I could do to calm the symptoms. I hope this helps some.
if you don't me asking what did they tell you to do ..see between my husband and i 8 kids and 3 grand kids ages 21 to 15 and grand kids are 3-2-2
Sounds like you have a beautiful family!
My doc suggested I take Vitamin B6, and to double up on it 10 days prior to my period. Basically it helped relieve PMS symptoms, but my problem was because I have Polycystic ovary disease which means I have lots of small cysts in my ovaries. I took the B6 for a long time, maybe 20 years and it was a great help.
