I am 15 and weigh 161 pounds and am 5”5 the only thing is that I am 36ddd. I know that I could stand to loose 20 lbs but I just needs some tips on how to get there!

Try an ap. There are many good free ones thatll calculate your calorie needs n what you should weigh, and if you tell em what you wanna weigh theyll adjust calories for ex: lose 1 lb a wk.

Also those aps usually have food lists n foid diary so they add your daily calories so you can keep check. Dont eat stupid to lose weight. Thats not healthy.
