Hey i am 18, 5ft 9" ish and need help loosing weight... I weight appox. 12 stone and need to lose the weight as i have competitions comeing up and need to lose it.. please please help me

You aren't massively over weight, so I'm guessing do more exercise & eating healthier would make you shed pounds babe. replace the fatty foods what to you eat with a fruit or vegetable.. for instance if say you have a burger, have a apple or something in it's place, therefore you'll lose weight as fruits aren't full of fats. And another step to lose weight, wpuld be in you join a gym or go running/jogging.. or even doing some exercise in front of the tv with an exercise dvd
