So I randomly started spotting brown blood for a day, not heavy enough to need anything I assumed I was going to start my period and never did. Again last night I noticed a spot or two of brown blood - woke up this morning and again did not start my period. have felt constant turning of my stomach the last few days but haven't puked at all. ???
