I have had unprotected sex a few times with my partner. Well a few days ago I started having tiny cramps, thicker discharge, nausea, heartburn and loss of appetite. I took a pregnancy test but it came out negative but I'm still having these symptoms! I would only be a few weeks pregnant if I am.. Are these normal symptoms for so early? Or could it be something else?

An ultra sound could tell our take another pregnancy test. My first one was negative and I took it at 3 1/2 weeks.
