Hi I received unprotected oral sex 2-3weeks ago, started showing symptoms of Penile discharge 4-5 days back, slight burning sensation feeling when require to urinate & also diarrhea for the past 4 days. No other symptoms.

Doctor gave me an injection and antibiotic. Was tested for HIV / Syphillis / gonorrhea / chlamydia and all results were negative .

Please do advise what else could it be .

Hi, guest.

Penile discharge can be caused by a variety of factors, including sexually transmitted infections (STIs) such as gonorrhea and chlamydia, but it's also possible to have non-STI-related causes. Since you have already been tested for STIs and the results were negative, it's important to consider other potential causes.

Some other possible causes of penile discharge include:

  1. Urinary tract infection (UTI): UTIs can cause pain and discomfort when urinating, and may also cause penile discharge.

  2. Prostatitis: Inflammation of the prostate gland can cause pain in the groin area, painful urination, and penile discharge.

  3. Balanitis: Inflammation of the foreskin and head of the penis can cause penile discharge, especially if there is an underlying infection or skin condition.

  4. Urethritis: Inflammation of the urethra can cause pain when urinating, frequent urination, and penile discharge.

Have you underwent further testing? Did they found out anything?
