I hate having the heart palpitations because they scare me a lot and it makes me think I'm going to drop dead any moment. I'm a 18 that suffered from a panic attack which led me to this horrible syndrome. A cardiologist checked my heart and said that it was fine, however i'm still thinking what if he missed something? Has anyone ever used the buteyko method and did it get rid of your palpitations? My greatest night mare is having them for the rest of my life.... I sometimes feeling like crying and feel hopeless...

i wanted to know more about how you feel because i think i have the same prob caused by a panic attack. Can u elaborate more on what u feel when you have hyperventilation. Iv read up quite a bit but would like to get an insight to someone thats had this through a panic attck.
