Recently I thought I solved all my life problems. My biggest problem was my problem with overweight!
I was fat for about all my life and two years ago I decided to draw the line and start making some changes in my life.
I was on a strict diet for about six months after which I start with everyday physical exercises and running.
I loosed almost 30 kilos for about a year and I started to look normally again.
Everything turned up well accept my face. The fat on my buccal region stayed and made me look even worse than it was.
No meter what I do, what I eat or how much I exercise, this fat stayed the same.
So I started to think about surgery.
Does anybody know anything about this type of surgery?

I will try to help with some informations I know about this kind of surgery!
Buccal fat removal is a small operation performed in the office under local anesthesia.
This is a very specific operation because it is accomplished through a tiny incision inside the mouth. Because incision is in mouth, there are no visible scars after operation.
This operation can produce dramatic improvement in the cheeks, neck and jaw line.
When surgeon makes the incisions, by applying pressure externally under the cheekbone, he causes the buccal fat to protrude through the incision.
After surgery you can expect swelling and difficulty chewing for a few days, up to a week.
