I'm 12 and I weigh 135 pounds.  I measure five and a half feet but I am still kind of overweight. I was actually in that limbo called average weight for my whole life and have always been trying to loose some weight. I know what everyone will say right know: "as you grow you'll become skinnier" but I'm always going to have a pure addiction to eating any ways so I don't think it'll make a difference. Right now I've started dieting a little and eating less and the first few days I started almost like deflating and now every time I eat a good plate of pasta etc. I feel like I'm about to explode. Well, even though those were the changes after a few days I stayed anchored at that weight and looked like an old balloon. I think It's just excess skin and I know that I have to work out to tone it. Now you might be thinking why I don't just go do sports  or something... well, it's because I hate/suck at whatever sport and prefer to work out in a gym than do soccer. So in summary what I'm trying to ask is: what can I do to loose weight and look toned without doing any group sports or that kind of stuff (please respond)
