Hi im I'm 15 and I woke up in the middle with this really uncomfortable kind burning sensation in my vagina I looked it up online and read something about like having pinworms that can crawl from your anus to your vagina?... and I'm kind of really freaked out and I hope that's not what I have and I want to know what else could possibly be the cause of this???....oh btw within a really short period of time the irritation just stopped....

More likely to be a yeast infection or vaginitis. It could be just irritaion from something that got in - the vagina does self-clean. It could be from sexual activity (partner or solo). I would discount pinworms at this stage. I think that is unlikely. However always wipe yourself from front to back.
Keep your vulva clean using water - soap can cause irritation, as can underwear that has not been rinsed enough after being laundered. Also get air to the area, and use only 100% cotton underwear - none where/when possible with skirts/dresses.
If it doesn't clear up quickly, consult a medical practitioner. Vaginal itching is common, and is usually easily treated.
