I'm 13 years old and I woke up this morning to an aching pain in my left testical. I'm scared that I might be dying of something or I some how got a disease while sleeping. can someone please help me?

If the pain is that severe please talk to your parents about it.
Your not dying and didn't get a disease while sleeping.
Testicular torsion is something that can happen so telling your parents should be done and it needs to be checked by a doctor ASAP.
