hi i am a 36 year old female an i keep having these kidney or bacteri infections.i have been to my doctor several times in the past 2 years for the same thing.i get this infection more then 2 or 3 times in one year.he keep giving me a drug called,cipropioxacin hcl 500mg taran.and these pain pills,proporynapap.a substitut for darvocets..but the proble i have is it keep coming back ..i dont drink sodas at all ..i drink lots of water an green tea.i get this infection like i said more then i should in one year..i get my yearly check up .my pee is very strong.my fingers get num sometimes an my ankles swell.i have tryed 2nd an 3rd opinions.but i keep getting the same pills an sent home..iff there is anyway you can help me i would be all so happy... :$

I am 26 years old and have had a lot of the same problems. In the past year, I have had atleast 3 kidney infections, a 7mm kidney stone and three vaginal bacterial infections. I have had a lot of pain in my right side (as if I have another kidney infection or stone) and have had a ct scan, xray, ultrasound of my kidneys that showed nothing. I then had a hida scan (of my gallbladder) ultrasound and an upper endoscopy, they found nothing. So Im sitting here still in pain with no answers. If anyone has suggestions, please offer some advice.
