Hi everybody in bro-oke and im 12 years old some of my friends have started there periods but i havent yet but today at school i went 2 the girls bathroom and found a thick brown stain on my panties what does this mean is it my period coming i have alrady had white discharge and i have lost my appitite help x

Well if it is brown it could either be dried blood (from your period that had dried) or spotting. Spotting is a brown discharge that can occurr before and after your period. It is a warning that you will get your period soon. I hope that helped!

As Stryasty said, that is a warning for your period. I got that late last month or early this month I can't remember, but I just started my period tonight. So it's been almost or exactly a month since I got the brown spotting and now I've got my period. Carry pads around with you in a purse, and when not on your period, wear panty liners, so your underwear won't get ruined by a surprise period or discharge.
