I'm 14 and my foreskin is connected to the head of my genitals, specifically inside the hole.

I am 14, and for a while I have noticed my foreskin is connected to the head of my penis, specifcly in the hole. I remember 2 or 3 years back when I pulled my skin down and pulling the sort of the 2 or 3 connections (don't know what to call them) between the inside of my foreskin and the head of my penis but I didn't really think about the one that seems to be inside the hole up until now. I've been looking everywhere for answers but all of them are telling me different things. some say it's normal and I just need to do certain stretching technique while others are say I need to get rid of it through the surgery ect. I really wish to get the correct answer even though it's hard to tell. I'm kindve paranoid and really don't want to result to sugrey
