Okay so Im 15 and have a very small penis. Like 1.5 inches when flaccid, 2.5 when erect. I have not got a deep voice in any way but I have lots of pubic hair under my arms and down below. I have also got a slight moustache and when I masturbate, I do ejaculate. Im just wondering when my voice will deepen and my penis will grow? I get the piss taken out of me for my voice and im hoping it will change soon. Any ideas?

Everybody develops at different rates so we can't say for sure when your voice will change or your penis grow. It can happen anytime. Your penis can grow into your early 20's.
Don't compare yourself to others or to what you see in movies.
You are normal.
Hang in there, it will happen. Just give your body some time.
