Hello, i'm 15 and have elhers danlos syndrome it's a connective tissue disorder, I recently found out I was pregnant and i'm a high risk pregnancy so I had to make an appointment with a high risk OBGYN and the soonest I can see him is December 6th... anyway this morning i woke up and had a brown blood like discharge with clots when I whipped.. did I miss carry? this is my first child and i'm so scared! And also my vigina hurts but I did have sex two days aho could that be why?

Some bleeding is normal in early pregnancy. I'm more concerned with the clots than the blood. If it continues then you should seek medical attention.
Having sex may have triggered the bleeding as well.
