For one I'm not female and my first time with my gf was a totally different situation than your in but it happened naturally.
Have you tried to initiate more to happen when you kiss like feel her breast or stroke the outside of her thigh, is it a slow lingering kiss or just a quick one that doesn't last?
Something like you want can't be rushed especially if she doesn't feel comfortable about it.

you are right it can not be rushed. I have not tried initiating more when we kiss and btw its quite a long kiss. My advice then would be to just take it a little way at a time and if she enjoys it then the following week do a bit more, start as you have just gently stroking her arm and her sides then just gently stroke her breasts through her top and slowly build up from that as she gains confidence.
Do a Google search for erogenous zones and that will show you all the points on the body that are turn on points, one thing I would advise is you leave it until your alone weekends rather than at school if she isn't comfortable with people seeing.

Don't get involved with any advances your teachers make towards you as it is illegal as they are in a position of trust and if found out they will be in serious trouble and never be able to teach again.

Try to avoid any close contact with that teacher and if she persists them tell her she makes you feel uncomfortable and if she carries on your report her.

I would say go to the bathroom with a mirror and a torch undress sit on the floor feet apart and knees drawn up towards you place the torch so it shines on your vagina and the mirror so you can see it then spread your lips and take a look, it could be that you just have a rare type hymen that is a thin strip that divides the vaginal entrance into two.
